Track Your Order

Thank you for your purchase from SewFeather! Here is how to track your vintage machine on its journey to you.

Step 1 — Find Your Tracking Number

Once your order has been dispatched (within 1–2 business days of ordering), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your unique tracking number
  • The name of the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS)
  • A direct link to track your package

Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received this email.

Step 2 — Track Your Package

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit the carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number:

Estimated Delivery Times

  • 🇺🇸 USA Domestic: 3–5 business days
  • 🇬🇧 UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada & Mexico: 5–8 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia & NZ: 8–14 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of World: 10–18 business days

Need Help?

If your tracking number is not updating, your package appears delayed, or you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately and we will investigate on your behalf.

Damaged or Lost Package?

All our shipments are fully insured. If your machine arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, email us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
