At SewFeather, we take exceptional care in packaging and shipping every vintage sewing machine. Each order is individually prepared, inspected, and packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150 USD. Orders below $150 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We proudly ship to over 60 countries worldwide. All international shipments are fully tracked, insured, and handled with white-glove freight care.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Every vintage sewing machine is professionally packaged using:

  • Custom-fitted foam inserts and protective wrapping.
  • Double-walled heavy-duty cardboard boxes.
  • Fragile handling labels on all sides.
  • Full insurance covering the declared value of the machine.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated duties before purchasing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact.sewfeather@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement or full refund.
