72-Hour Inspection Period
Every order includes a 72-hour inspection window that begins the moment your machine is delivered. During this time, you are welcome to thoroughly inspect, test, and evaluate your purchase in person — completely risk-free.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange a full return and refund, no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.
- The machine must be returned in the same condition as received — unmodified and undamaged.
- All original accessories, certificates, and packaging materials must be included.
- Contact us at contact.sewfeather@gmail.com before returning any item.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact.sewfeather@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label (US domestic orders).
- Pack the machine securely using the original packaging.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days after approval.
- PayPal / Shop Pay: 1–3 business days after approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We provide a 100% Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee on every machine we sell. If you ever discover that a machine is not as described, we will provide a full refund — no time limit, no questions asked.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without prior authorization from SewFeather.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
